Our warehouse located in Chiajna County, near Bucharest, has a solid structure and optimal capacity to allow the storage and handling of medicines in conditions compliant with pharmaceutical legislation, including for narcotic and psychotropic substances or products with specific controlled temperature requirements (2°-8°C).
The equipment that ensures temperature and humidity control and monitoring is qualified, its performance being periodically tested. These equipment record at predefined intervals the temperature and humidity in the warehouse, being equipped with an alarm system via SMS/e-mail in case of deviations from the set values.
All monitoring devices are calibrated and maintained in accordance with local legislation, as well as with the Good Distribution Practice Guidelines.
The warehouse is equipped with security systems and sustainable maintenance systems, of the “green energy” type. The spaces within the warehouse are designed or adapted so as to ensure the maintenance of the necessary storage conditions.

Operational efficiency is guaranteed by the BIZ Depozit system, an advanced hybrid solution (WMS + ERP) optimized for pharmaceutical distribution. This software allows us precise stock management, full batch traceability and fast order processing.
